Nice buttons with a unique appearance

I was looking for some side buttons for my cabinet, which has sort of a stainless steel theme. I'd already used chrome T-molding so this was the perfect compliment. They're plastic of course but the chrome shine makes them look metallic. And the shaft was slightly longer than buttons I'd used previously, which would have made drilling a little easier in my particular application. I chose the leaf switch, which has a nicer feel but which also complicated mounting, as the switch needs more clearance from the interior wall, and is also much wider than a microswitch. A little extra cutting was needed in my case, but it all worked out well.

I recently bought this for a mini cade build and have been impressed so far. The feel of the buttons prior to attaching the micro switches is very nice. They look great for plastic buttons and fit really well in my build. The only con is when attaching the micro switches the plastic part does get flexed so was worried about snapping the plastic.
