I wanted to add Utimarc 4/8 way Joysticks to my X-Arcade. The use of the adapter plate made the upgrade very easy as they fit the joystick and the arcade cabinet perfectly. A very good purchase from a great company.
I didn't find any cons, highly recommended.

I used this the my cocktail cabinet for sanwa controls. The holes did not line up, and this was a perfect fit.
