E-Clip Remover & Installer Tool Set

Removing the E-Clip/E-Ring from the bottom of a joystick shaft is no easy task, but this tool can help! In some cases it's still easiest to remove them with a small screwdriver, as long as you don't send it flying across the room. You will still need to push the actuator down on the joystick to take the pressure off the e-clip and make room to insert the removal side of the tool, but once in place you will be able to push the clip out. If there is too little room on the joystick to fit the tool you may still need to use the screwdriver method.

Where this tool set really shines is making it easier to put an e-clip back on the joystick. Place the clip into the Insert side of the too using the size that just fits it (best if it is tight inside the tool) then push down on the actuator on the joystick and insert the e-clip. It will press right on the shaft with a little pressure.
