This item is a repair service for a single defective AimTrak gun.

• The price does not include parts unless previously arranged.
• Allow 2 full weeks for the repair to be completed, we will contact you if it will be longer.
• Once repaired, the gun will be shipped back to you by USPS Ground Advantage and you will receive the tracking number in your email automatically.
• Return shipping to the 48 contiguous United States included.
• Return shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will have an additional charge, please contact us if you are in either.

Include the order number (from ordering this repair service, not from ordering the gun) in the box.

We recommend shipping the gun tracked and insured so you can be refunded by the carrier if it is lost in transit. Both Priority Mail and UPS Ground will cover up to $100 with their base shipping cost. If you send it by FedEx please include "Open Mon-Fri 8-3" on address line 2.
