Please also include in the box a note about what specific issue are you having so we know what to test for.
We recommend shipping the gun tracked and insured so you can be refunded by the carrier if it is lost in transit. Both Priority Mail and UPS Ground will cover up to $100 with their base shipping cost. If you send it by FedEx please include "Open Mon-Fri 8-3" on address line 2.

- Allow 2 full weeks for the repair to be completed, we will contact you if it will be longer.
- Once repaired, the gun will be shipped back to you by USPS Ground Advantage and you will receive the tracking number in your email automatically.
- Return shipping to outside the United States may have an additional charge, please contact us in that case.
